NICHOLAS MOOREBritish, b. 1958Having lived full time in Crete in the 80s, Nicholas Moore now divides his time between London and the Greek island of Syros, with a bit of New York thrown in for good measure.  Using a palette of strong colours his work draws together a broad range of subjects, mixing memories of childhood, his mother, mythology, sex, constellations and the urban landscape. The artist at turns exposes and conceals his world using a wealth of signs and symbols.
