GEORGIOS GEORGIOU
Georgios Georgiou was born in January 1975 in Limassol but originates from Famagusta. He loves the sea, travelling, poetry, colours, scents tastes. These loves accompany him whilst cooking with you through the pages of this cookbook. He has been awarded several times for his cooking creations. In Cyprus, he is a chef at the Four Seasons hotel. In Switzerland, where he worked as a chef at the Gstaad Palace Hotel, he gathered snow and high flavor aesthetics.
He has gathered all his loves, distinctions, and experiences in this book, and he is sharing them with you with love and aromatic herds!
