Pericleous started painting 49 years ago, in 1973. He studied art under Mrs Oram from the U.K, Mr Park from Korea, and Mr Salof from Cyprus.
Artist’s statement
My art consists of realistic and abstract paintings drawn from everyday life and Cypriot culture. My abstract synthesis is a combination of bold colours, geometry, and expressionist movement.
