Private collection, U.K. The painting was acquired directly from the artist by the English School Parents’ Association in Nicosia and presented to Mr. Anthony Eggleston upon his retirement as Headmaster in June 1968. In March 2012, it was purchased by the late Menelaos Aris of London, a former pupil of the English School and a lifelong friend of Mr. Eggleston.
