Kikos Lanitis was born in Limassol, Cyprus but grew up and studied in London during the decade of the 60s.

Lanitis has an interest in experimenting with unique techniques and various every day materials. A prolific artist who constantly explores and experiments creating a puzzle of colour planes and compositions.

The characteristics of Kikos Lanitis’ work are the simple geometrical forms reflected through colour explosions and expanding in such a way as to make the spectator experience the sensation of stepping beyond time and space.
